Eastern Shore Auctions, Inc. will be selling two (2) 2012 Evans built tour boats hulls only. The boats will be sold individually. Each boat has a fiberglass hull and is 40 feet long and has a width of 11 feet 9 inches. Displacement is around 24,000 pounds. Fiberglass canopy. The boats currently have no power. Original power was Torqeedo electric outboard engines. 
The boats operated in the protected waters of Oklahoma City and could carry 45 - 49 passengers. The boats do not possess the U.S. Coast Guard certificates of inspection. 
DATES: Monday, November 4, 2019 thru Wednesday, December 4, 2019. Bidding ends on December 4, 2019 starting at 5 PM. If a bid occurs in the final minute, bidding will be extended by a minute. This process continues until no bids are placed.
PREVIEW DATE/TIME: Monday, November 25, 2019 from 1 to 3 PM or by appointment. Appointments can be made by contacting auctioneer.
CHECKOUT DATE/TIME: Will be scheduled between successful bidder and auctioneer.

Removal of the boats will be the responsibility of the winning bidder. The boats are being sold AS IS, WHERE IS, with no warranties, guarantees or implications of any kind. The boats are currently at Evans Boats at 4335 Crisfield Hwy, Crisfield, MD 21817.
