in home and lot located at 4325 Red House Road, Snow Hill, Worcester County, Maryland 21863.
The Absolute Auction for the estate of Elizabeth H. Taylor will include:
All of the right, title and interest of ELIZABETH H. TAYLOR, deceased, the same being an undivided one half (1/2) interest as tenant in common, in and to all that house and lot located on that parcel of land situate, lying and being in the Second, formerly the Sixth , Election (now Tax) District, of Worcester County, Maryland and more particularly described with reference to a Deed dated January 25, 1993 as recorded among the Land Records of Worcester County at Liber RHO 1901 folio 0279; containing one (1) acre of land, more or less; (Worcester County Tax ID #02-004488)
Auction will be conducted at the front steps of the Worcester County Circuit Courthouse located at:
One West Market Street
Snow Hill,Worcester County, MD 21863
on February, 28, 2022 at 10:00 A.M.
A deposit in the amount of $2,500.00 will be required of the successful bidder, the balance of the purchase price to be paid at settlement which shall occur within 30 days after the auction. Purchaser shall pay a Buyer's Premium of 5% of the highest bid amount.
The Property is being sold "as is" without warranty, express or implied. Title is to be conveyed free and clear of any encumbrance.
